1. General Provisions & Definitions

dha7 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between dha7 and its users ("you" or "player").

The following terms are used throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — The dha7 website and all related services.
• "Account" — Your personal gaming account registered on the platform.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

By registering an account, you confirm that:

• All information you have provided is completely true and accurate.
• You do not already operate any account at dha7.
• You are betting for yourself and with your own money — not on behalf of any third party.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each player may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited. If you forget your password or cannot access your account, please contact the support team directly rather than opening a new account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

dha7 may request documents for identity verification at any time. This process is conducted to ensure security, prevent fraud, and promote responsible gaming. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted at dha7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks in Bangladesh). Transactions via any other method will not be accepted.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, in exceptional circumstances or for large amounts, additional verification may be required, which may extend the processing time.

3.4 Deposit Security & Acknowledgement

Funds deposited into your account are held in dha7's secure system. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activity and withdrawals. The use of unauthorized third-party payment methods on your account is strictly prohibited.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at dha7 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 adds up to ৳20,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time period, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player is entitled to receive each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used to play games.
• There may be restrictions on specific games or game types when wagering with bonus funds.
• dha7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus terms at any time.
• Attempts to use bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

5. VIP Program & Rewards

dha7's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on gaming activity. Reaching higher tiers brings greater benefits, faster service, and a dedicated account manager.

6. Gaming Rules & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

dha7 operates as a secure and trustworthy platform, applying SSL encryption and fair play principles across all games. All game outcomes are determined through a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Placing bets using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Strategically arranging bets with the intent to abuse bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Fraudulent activity or colluding with other players.
• Operating an account using a third party's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section at dha7 offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA World Cup and other international tournaments), kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules apply to sports betting:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed — even before the match starts — unless dha7 permits cancellation due to an error.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be reassessed in accordance with dha7's policy.
• dha7 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for specific events at any time.
• dha7 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical issue.

8. Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please ensure the following:

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Always sign out after logging in from a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

You are fully responsible for all transactions and bets made from your account, unless it is proven that an unauthorized third party accessed your account.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 dha7's Authority

dha7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
• Security or compliance requirements.

9.2 Voluntary Closure Request by Player

You may request to close your account at any time. Upon submission of a request through the support team, the account will be closed after verification and any remaining balance will be returned.

14. Changes to Terms

dha7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Entire Agreement
